DHI™ India - Best Hair Transplant

When I decided to get my hair transplanted, I did my analysis and felt DHI India as a trust worthy brand. I went to the then DHI Kochi branch (at Panampilly Nagar). However, I was unaware that DHI India had stopped its association with this center at Panampilly Nagar (Kochi, Kerala).

To sum up, my procedure was done by a non-DHI doctor around 20 months back and the result was not upto my expectations.The center in Kochi (which is now non-DHI) offered a corrective session. However, the way they explained, it felt they did not have a clear idea on how to correct my condition. Also similar to previous instance, there was no details of the surgeon provided before the procedure and I could meet the surgeon only on the day of the procedure.

I reached out to DHI India via email to understand the situation.To my surprise, top officials from DHI India contacted me and explained that the session i did from Kochi was not registered with them and was performed by a non DHI Doctor. However, considering the fact that I went to the Kochi clinic trusting the DHI brand, they were very supportive and arranged for a free corrective session at DHI Bangalore by an experienced doctor. While interacting with her (the surgeon), it was clear that she had a clear idea on what she was doing and how my correction procedure had to be performed.

Finally i got my corrective session done at DHI Bangalore yesterday. The surgeon, other staffs and the facilities at DHI Bangalore were great. I am waiting to see the results in coming months. From my personal experience, I see DHI India as a brand which cares about its customers.
