Overall good service from DHI - there were minor problems during the procedure but the product itself is very good. We spoke to the management team for the operational issues and they have promised they will look into it and resolve it in the future. If the operations are smooth, then the place and product is very good, and recommended.

“It’s a surprise to see this review because the feedback you gave on the ‘feedback form was excellent’. There was an operational issue due to which the service was delayed by 45 mins which can occur once in a while. However during this time also, the team was responsive and compensated by giving a complimentary pedicure to your wife and beard shaping to you as a goodwill gesture. You needed a maintenance kit for 6 months which is a huge stock and not always available in the clinic due to limited storage space. The team offered to send it at your home but you denied it. You also demanded complimentary ghost mist (1 Product worth Rs.2000) which was also accepted and given by the team.
