The surgeon was quite competent and the procedure was completed in a timely manner as discussed during the consultation call.
The numbness faded a couple of times intra-operatively and the surgeon promptly re-applied local anesthesia to prevent prolonged sensation of pain.
The post operative care was explained well and sufficient supplies were provided to continue the rehab at home (medication and prescriptions).
The facility is maintained well, though at times there was an impression of it being a little understaffed - certainly not a deal breaker as long as the outcome of the procedure is positive.
